While we strive to secure quality freight opportunities, we cannot guarantee the availability of loads, specific freight rates, or minimum weekly earnings.

5. Independent Contractor Relationship

6. Payments & Fees

Dispatch service fees are outlined in your separate Dispatch Service Agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Fees are due according to the signed agreement.
• Late payments may result in suspension of services.
• Outstanding balances may be referred for collection where permitted by law.

7. Website Use

You agree not to:
